The happening
side of the river.

West Ashley is Charleston’s happening-now side of the river, and The Heyward is positioned with natural advantages. The Heyward entrance connects directly to Savannah Highway (US 17), and is minutes from I-526 and the bicycle-pedestrian-only West Ashley Greenway. Downtown Charleston, International Airport, medical and tech workplaces, food and culture, and eco-destinations are all conveniently nearby.

To find us (coming from downtown/526), take 17 South past the Carolina Bay subdivision. You will pass a Storesmart storage center on your right. We will be the next right turn onto Bonanza Road. On the left, you can follow the signs for the leasing office.

The Heyward entrance connects directly to Savannah Highway (US 17) and is three miles south of I-526.
